Public speaking skills are built on linguistic, vocal, and psychological components (performance culture and resilience). Progressive programs reduce performance anxiety, increase confidence, and prepare children for school and community situations. Experimental studies have demonstrated the effectiveness of in-depth training in reducing performance anxiety and improving oral presentations.
